OOOOOOOH. Excited to go over these. I'll post thoughts soon. :)
Erm...can't get the pdf. Am I doing something wrong?
From what I've heard so far, this sounds like very clever design. Elegant approach, few types makes it highly accessible, the controlled randomization of resources works great for King of Tokyo (you could surely make use of a similar system as you describe) and three simultaneously active characters could be neat if they're kept simple. Frankly, a meaningful-evolution of King of Tokyo's core mechanics alone would be cool and it seems like your design is definitely riding that wave while combining it with other ideas in a clever fashion.
Definitely would like to hear more.
I had a read through your rules and really like what I see.
My youngest son has a collection of Pokemon cards, and he's always trading with friends, or reading about them in his Pokemon handbooks. Funny thing is that he doesn't play the actual game that much. I'm not sure why that is, since he really enjoys other ccgs, such as YuGiOh and MagiNation.
Both of my boys (and myself) like games where you roll a lot of dice. Combine that with Pokemon-like cards and I believe that your game would be a hit in my house.
The rules seem complete. Have you done any playtesting yet?
The PDF isn't displaying for me either. Any tips?

That works!
Thanks. =)
Thank you for the feedback and comments!
We ultimately changed the theme and terms because we didnt want the discussion to be able its similarities to pokemon/yugioh/etc but about the gameplay and mechanics.
I will start a new thread since the game has undergone a large transformation.
