In this game, the players have arrived somehow at an insane island overrun with absurd things like time-traveling Nazis, Satan kitty, Bob the zombie, Elder Hamster, and more. To represent your character you choose a class card. You can also find items, such as a shotgun, Cake, Hitler's brain and the Necronomicon which have different effects. You have to feed yourself as well, and if you don't, well you go insane! The hungrier you get the more insane you get.....Hallucinations? Hoboism? Pyromania? Cultism? CANNIBALISM?!?!?!? Who will last the longest? Who will accomplish his mission? There's a large island to explore, full of maddening locales. Did we mention the random events?????Who will accomplish their mission first?

First three tiles are placed adjacently, then each player starts on one tile . Each player is then dealt 3 items. On their turn each player can move one tile. When a player Exits all the face up tiles and into the unknown, draw a monster and a new tiles to . At anytime a player can use an item. Every character has a total power. If that power is greater than the monsters, they win. Some items give you more power temporarily. If a monster is killed, take the rewards listed on the card (I.E. 2 items) . If you lost, you can attempt to escape by having a greater speed than the enemy. If you cannot escape, you take the bad effects on the card (I.E. lose a life, lose an item). IF you escape, go to an adjacent tile that has been explored. Fighting another player works the same way. Ounce per turn you can explore your current tile by rolling a die. based on the result, something happens to you. If you die, you become a ghost and must skip a turn. As a ghost you cant use items but ounce per turn you can add an insanity to a player. You are unaffected by combat unless on the card it says hurts ghosts. Your power is zero while a ghost. to come back to life, you must discover an item or area that can bring you back to life and use it. You cannot win while a ghost. The winner is the person who accomplishes his class objective first.
