My Board game has passed the first review stage with a European Games Company - what is involved and more importantly how long does it actually take for them to arrive at a decission?

If they didn't give you a ball park time you should be hearing back from them then there is no telling. Expect a few months or more. If you don't hear back from them in 90 days ask them if they have made a decision or when a decision can be expected.
