So, I'm thinking of taking the plunge into Disney Infinity. However, I hate the idea of having these practically useless miniatures lying around. What kind of skirmish systems would work well for these guys? It would have to be able to include powers to give characters like Elsa freeze powers and Thor lightening.

Maybe you could just adapt
Maybe you could just adapt HeroClix to work with these figures? That game system is all about individual figures and their special powers, from what I recall.

Maybe Savage Worlds Showdown. I haven't looked at it, but it should be a very open ended, generic system.
