I have a game for adults (X-rated/erotic) and I do not know how to proceed

I am not trying to upset anyone and I am just looking for a piece of information.

I am designing with my wife a game meant to be played by couples. It is an erotic game. Think Tease: http://www.teasegame.co.uk/

The problem is that I am willing to describe the game in order to receive some feedback but I do not know where to do it as people, as you can imagine, are rather reserved when it comes to sex board games.

Could you please let me know if you know any discussion forums where I could get some feedback for my game?

Thank you!

It depends on whether you

It depends on whether you want game advice, or market advice. If you really want mechanical "how does mechanic X incentivize player actions or interactions", I'd be happy to help, and I'm sure other game designers would help too. That's the bailiwick, so to speak.

If you just want play testing and/or how "sexy" it is, this may or may not be a good place for that. People are certainly very secretive when it comes to their sex lives. Have you considered sex/health forums for that? Or talking to an adult store about getting a play test event going at their location in exchange for a few copies they can sell?

But if it's the first, let me know and I'll see what we can work on. Good luck! =)

In an era of political

In an era of political correctness, you'll probably have to self-publish. Unless you can interest a non-game company that sells erotica.

I recall a Prohibition-era gangster game I was testing with a bunch of designers quite a few years ago. One of the "rackets" gangsters pursued was prostitution. Everyone advised me to take that out of the game, there was no way it would sell. In the end I did, as I was able to make the game work well without it (had three other "rackets"), but by doing so I made the game less a model of reality.

IIRC, Kidder Kaper of the Sex

IIRC, Kidder Kaper of the Sex is Fun podcast developed a card game a few years ago. I haven't listened to that podcast in a while, but you may want to contact them to see how he got the game produced, and what his advice may be.

There may only be a few

There may only be a few publishers for it, but it's not impossible. Do some market research. Go to a ConRev or Touch of Romance or other adult/fantasy/kink/toy store, and look at the ones there. I've seen lots of them, so they're out there. Especially with your classic look and feel to the game, there shouldn't be too much difficulty finding someone who wants it. Hope this helps!
