Noah's ark letter learning game

my first thought would be matching cards 2 by 2 as it were. either picture to word or english to hebrew (both with pics).
for really young kids a memory match will work.
if you want something more in depth make it a set collection game. there are plenty of both out there and some are probably in hebrew too.

Hebrew letters don't really lend themselves well to bath toys, I think, since many of them have multiple pieces (as compared to, say, English, where all the upper-case letters can be made out of one piece of EVA)

I agree that this needs a bit more to be a game, though it might have some use just as an educational toy.

If the plan was to match English and Hebrew letters, you'll need to decide which alphabet is the basis since they aren't one-to-one. Also, I'm guessing the number of animals that start with equivalent letters in both languages is fairly small.

If the letters are simply SETS unrelated to the names then those problems go out the window.

Perhaps the simple version of the game only uses a handful of letters from each alphabet. Collected sets go into an Ark (which happens to float if used in a tub). Use different sets each game to teach the kids the alphabets in pieces.

For more advanced use, players are supposed to collect a certain number of the animal depending on whether it's Clean or Unclean.

I had to look up "addax", though. I suspect "antelope" is a better choice.

I'd say the penalty could be that if the kids don't get the correct letters, there is Storm which cause the Ark to rock and depending on how many they got wrong ends up knocking out a certain number of Animal Letters into the water. The kids must act to retrieve them getting their hands wet, and not sprayed in the face!!

Better yet there is a Storm card deck. When they get it wrong a card is draw and the Storm deck has different penalties. "You get sprayed in the face". "You must go jump in the pool/tub". "You must run around the table and act like the animal you missed 3 times". I could think of some better one's if I tried :( hahahahahahaah

What if the goal was to "match" five (5) cards with their associated Letter + Animal. The cards themselves come in two (2) flavors: Easy and Hard.

The "Easy" cards are 26 cards of Letters ONLY. The "Hard" cards are 26 cards of Animals ONLY. The total is a 52 Deck of cards for both flavors. And like @Jason added, these cards could be made of PET 0.22mm plastic cards...

The game is to be played with BUBBLE BATH too! Kids love that stuff and now there is a purpose.

Five (5) cards are drawn and placed on the bathtub edge (side of the tub) in a lined up order. Either "Easy" or "Hard".

This game is to be played AT THE END of a bathing session...

The child's goal is to create enclosed areas in the Bubble Foam where he can safely put the Letter + Correct Animal. Five (5) of these areas must be created and act like "cages" to safely house the Animals. All Letters and Animals are in the bathwater.

Now here is the kicker... The game lasts "3 minutes" and you can use a small 3 minute SAND-TIMER (better when dealing with bathwater). Once the minutes have expired, the Adult opens the drain by removing the plug ... and all the Animals and Letters get "sucked away"! (Of course too big to go down the drain) ... but chaos will occur and the WHIRLPOOL will take all of the Animals and Letters AWAY...

And then the bath time is over! If in the "3 minutes" the child has managed to associate the correct Letters with the right Animals... He/she wins (and earns some reward - after the bath).

That's my take on it. ADDING the "Bubble Bath" to make the pens for the Animals... And then the WHIRLPOOL sweeps them away...!
