Hello everyone. I am new to BGDF and would like to find some information on mini manufacturing. I have prototyped some pieces through Shapeways but would like to explore preparing the CAD files for steel injection molds. I would love some more experienced opinions on things like what level of detail I can get away with or how thin this support can be.
I am also curious about alternative forms of mini materials such as PVC. I think this is what they used in the old Mage Knight clix game... I like the durability it provides and would like to know more.
