In the next few months, I've got a game coming out called Presidential Election. While the obvious incentive to have it out for the build-up to November has made the project tight on time, I believe I'm happy with the game as it stands.
What I intend to do, however, is provide additional candidate cards, which will break the rules of the game with different abilities and powers. (The basic game just has (identical) cards for the Republican and Democrat parties). These will be a free download from the internet.
The expansion will be difficult to test in the time I have before November, as the candidates' abilities will have different ramifications when used against each other. Providing balance will thus be hard. Therefore, I'd really appreciate help if any BGDF users would be interested in giving these a whirl over repeated playings? I am afraid I can't afford to offer any reward, other than rulebook credits and free copies for those making significant contributions.
The ideal candidate will own 2 packs of traditional dominoes (i.e. 0-6 spots), have access to an opponent for a 2-player game, and have a basic knowledge of US Presidential History.
Feel free to reply by private message if you're interested. I'm aiming to work with a small number of testers, so I apologise if anyone is kind enough to volunteer and finds I actually decline. Thanks for reading this post, and with regards to playtesting help, I hope I can repay the favour!
