i'm searching for a manufacturer that can do precut stickers for a month or so...

These stickers a on a little page (3*4 inches) and precutted to stick them on chips.
I don't want to use any other solution than this one. I don't want a craft punch or something like that.
If someone can help me with this it would be great...
