Issues uploading to unpub.net

Has anyone else recently encountered issues uploading their print n' play PDF to unpub.net? I see dozens of games there without attachments, and I can't imagine there are that many people simply uploading a description for feedback. I've been checking recent uploads for the past few weeks, and still no change. I've contacted Darrell, who seems intent on not returning my emails.

Any advice from those who have had success with their site??
