KaBlooey Rule Book - Basic #1

Here is the first part of the KaBlooey rule book. I've never had so many problems with rules in my life!

This has been a hard book. I've got another 9 pages afterwards filled with key terms and such, but I'm trying to trim it down. Hopefully there's enough to go on here.

BUT. Is there TOO MUCH REPETITION?
