Rules for "The Aurora Borealis" - (Fan Expansion for Spirits of the Wild)

Please let me know where I can improve, how I can streamline the rules or reformat anything else as needed. I want to improve from this design process so I do not make these mistakes in the future. I am ready for your thoughts and constructive criticism.
