Hi! After several months of designing, drawing, printing and waiting, I have my updated 4th edition prototype content ready for construction!
I'm really happy with the quality of these prints, and the professionalism of the company. I used a local printing business called Allegra in Cheektowaga NY. They were quick to print and I'm very pleased with their prices as well.
The game board (which I tacked to my wall...I didn't have a big enough flat surface to keep it safe...) is now on a 0.060 Styrene high impact plastic, rather than the bulky plastic chipboard. It's a little floppy but very strong.
Over time I'll update my main game post as often as I can with progress on the 4th edition construction.
