Hey everybody,
Well I'm at it again! To update everyone on my progress in developing a 3D design, modeling and printing company I've made a few more steps forward...
What is the ONE thing that all of my research up to this point has shown in relation to 3D printing? Cost. So the real question becomes, what can one offer the public which has a high enough value to offset the cost of 3D printing?? (I haven't answered that question yet)
I've put up a blog on BoardGameGeek which is tracking my progress. Please do a search for "jefftimothy" under the category "Users" and I'll pop up. Click on the "Blog" tab in my user details to find it.
I have found what I believe to be the right technology to print miniatures and high surface detailed board game pieces. Some testing still needs to happen before I commit to anything.
Most importantly, could you take a minute and visit my quick little multiple choice survey here:

I will be eternally grateful for your input. Hopefully in the not too distant future I'll be up and running and we'll all be designing and printing awesome usable parts for our games!
