I was making an early prototype for one of my game and I decided to use pen and paper components to build the prototype faster. I have then realized that it could used also in print and play games to reduce the assembly time.

My idea is not to make only pen and paper games, but rather games that can optionally be played with pen and paper. Pen and paper can be optimally used when:

- there is no randomness besides dices (ex: no random cards)
- and when the player does not need to erase information on the sheet.

Do you think it could be an good alternative game play solution for those who don't like to build games, or is pen and paper scaring people away?
