Hooligans is a deck building card game where players assemble their gang, weapons, and drugs from the streets to destroy rival crews! Use money to obtain more cards for your deck, and use the power and effects of the Hooligans to destroy your opponent's gang. If you reduce the other gang's health to zero, you win!
This is a combat deck builder where you are attacking directly at your opponent trying to defeat their gang. I wanted to combine some of my favorite things and put them all together into a card game: video games, gangster movies, and deck building games.
