I don't now if there's already another thread running this, but wouldn't it be a good idea to post the contests for game design you find on the internet in a single thread(e.g. this one). This way people can try to compete, which can be a motivation to finally finish your prototype and do something with it, and hopefully gain some extra feedback?

Scroll down to "Game Design Competitions."
There should be plenty for you right there. :)
