suggest new forum: Games Online

The forums aren't really a directive, in the sense of "this is something you must talk about!" They're much more a response to patterns in the kinds of things people want to talk about. In the nearly 3 years I've been here, I don't think I've seen enough discussion about online game development or creating a website for your game that I would personally advocate creation of a forum for that topic. The reason is mainly that it goes outside the realm of game creation into the realm of coding or advertising, and I think there are probably already adequate websites for web programming out there. (For example, there's an entire yahoo group for discussion of creation of online implementation of board games).
Instead of suggesting a new forum, you should just go ahead and start trying to spark the kinds of discussions you're looking to have, putting them in a forum that is the closest match you can find. If they're appropriate for the scope of the site, and if they generate a lot of interest and a lot of related posts, then sure, we can consider creating a new forum to house them.
I'd also like to point out, since this is the second such suggestion we've had in as many weeks, that we are transitioning the site to a new format sometime in the new year, so modifying the forum structure of the existing site may become a moot point, and may be a low priority.
Nevertheless, thanks for the suggestion!
