Where is a good place to find people to hire?

Hi - I am looking to hire someone to serve as a "producer" for some games that my company is going to be developing - do you know any good resources for finding good people with both project management experience and also have some creative, game concept/design experience?

Where is a good place to find people to hire?

So when you say "producer" I think you are looking for a computer game, manager/designer, is this correct?

Or are you looking for a board game designer, which can be found on this site, but one that has management experience?
