I have found a game at my game club that looked cool, it is called Silent Death. I was already looking for some sort of space combat game anyways.

So I decided to open the box. I took a look at the map, the ship miniatures, the caracter sheets, the misile counter but I never found the rules. It is possible that we don't have them anymore.

Is there a place where I can find the PDF version of the rules or is there somebody here who has a electronic copy of the rules. If there is also a quick start rule set somewhere, I would be glad to play just with these quick start rules.

Wow, i heard about this game just a few days ago - someone mentioned [couldve been you actually] that the models on www.em4miniatures.com were exactly the same.
Sadly i cant help with the rules, but i seriously hope someone can!

I don't know the game and haven't explored all the links, but maybe you can find something in the BGG page: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/game/3895

This site has several sets of rules for derivates from the original game.

A little search with Google shows lots of links too, maybe you can find the rules on one of them. Good luck.

Silent Death : Raiders of the lost rules.

Silent Death is the game for starfighter miniatures combat.
It's an excellent game and is on it's third printing.

UStoys.com has 12 starfighters for $2 that are just larger versions of the Silent Death ships. It's hard to beat 60 fighters for $10.

Even if it looks to be an adaptation of star wars for silent death, the basic rules seems to be there. I might be missing some things( beside the story) compared to the original rule book but it will be fair enough to play the game.
