Question primarily for the judges about what constitute "standard", commonly available materials, and what would have to be provided; my submission will likely require small wooden cubes in 4 colors (they must be cubes). Does that count as "commonly available", or should I expect to have to mail some of those in with my submission?

I would say colored wooden cubes are standard. Also, they could use 6 sided dice to replace the cubes.
