Does anyone know of a good free source for sales figures of popular games. I am more interested in indie games, than mainstream but any data would be great!

Check out http://www.spielboy.com/printrun.php. It's about the best collection of information I've seen, though it's not entirely up to date (Ticket To Ride's first print run was 10,000, per the article Matt gathered the information from, but the second print run was already out well before the SdJ).
