We have started to plan the test sessions for this spring and the following dates are preliminary set:
January 14 (could also be January 7)
February 11
Mars 18
April 22
May 13 (can be a 3 day session)
June 17
On top of this there will also be:
- 2-4 conventions where I will bring some games.
- Between 6-12 2-player test sessions (not planned today).
- There is planned 1-2 sessions with 4-6 players of the age of 14-17 (most girls as they are friends to my daughters) (interested but not experienced gamers).
- In the summer (end of June) we will probably also have 2 sessions with 3 players (its starts to be a tradition to round up the test year by having these sessions).
Right now I have:
- High council of Evensford (Gemeniweb) in January. This will be the second test session (and he has done some updates).
- A new game from Bryk. I already got the components but no rules. It will turn up in January or February.
- I expect that a Vampire game from our friend Nestalawe will show up sometimes in April.
- I wanted to do a retest of JWarrends Sands of time with the updates on the components that I have done. There where no time this autumn but maybe in Mars/April there will be a slot for this game.
- One of the members has, during the past year, been working on a huge epic fantasy game. It will probably be included in the May test session.
- I have 14 games in my own pipeline that I want to test or retest (most of the games are from the autumn backlog). I also have to do some prototypes to send out for blind tests.
- If I get a positive answer from Z-man about my monster game, the complete plan will be changed.
- A couple of small game companies are interested to get there games blind tested, but I have nothing concrete in the pipeline today.
