Something that heals and attacks?

Context:

Basically you attempt (so its not guaranteed to land) to use "attack" cards against other players or "heal" cards on yourself. But, if you're capped at full health and have a "heal" card instead of it being wasted it now allows you to guarantee 1 attack against any opponent.

So I am thematically trying to think of something that can be used as a heal and a direct attack depending on the situation.

One (mediocre) example is metal could be used to fortify a castle (heal) or create weapons (attack).

Do you have any ideas?

Some idea's where I see healing/damaging

Warcraft series:
Death Coil; heals the undead, attacks the living.
Holy Light; heals the living, attacks the undead.

C&C series:
Iron Curtain; gives shields temporarely to tanks, but kills off infantry.
Tiberian; hurts normal lifeforms, heals tiberian lifeforms. In return, flame based weapons are twice as effective against tiberian than against normal lifeforms.

Starcraft series:
Irridiate; does not harm tanks, but does the infantry. So you can shield the tanks with irridiate against melee infantry.

Age of empires:
Priest can heal your troops, convert enemy troops to your side.

Reminds me of the original

Reminds me of the original Legend of Zelda. When Link's health was full he'd shoot lasers from his sword, practically guaranteeing a long-range hit.

Perhaps you could say that full health gives the player a Perception/Cunning/Intelligence/Speed/Dexterity boost that allows them to hit automatically.

Potion Making

You could replace the healing card with a potion card. Players using the card would choose between making a healing potion or an offensive potion. The offensive potion could boost the user (+focus, +power) or hinder the opponent (poison, -defense) in some way to guarantee a hit, increase damage, or do just about anything else. There are a lot of mechanical options available to you with potions; you could potentially provide a large arsenal of potion cards with different options on them.

Vampiric drains, you make damage but heal yourself at the same time.

Electricity

Electricity, electric pulses, tesla coils, or lightning bolts. The electrical energy can be harnessed to power up repair systems in some way, but can also be channeled in destructive ways.
