I was just thinking how if you break a hexagon into 3 parts it looks like an isometric cube. Was wondering if anyone knew of any games that took advantage of this?

Video game from 1982.
But I think you are searching for a game that actually uses all 3 sides of the hexagon while presenting a box?

Portsl
The new Portal game (based on the video game) uses this mechanic, but there are other games that use it, I just don't know off the top of my head.
Yeah, I'm envisioning players being able to climb up the 2 vertical sides, while the top side being a sort of platform, or the top of the box.
I could see it being used to form a mountain in a mountain climbing game or maybe a "Who's the King of the Mountain" type scenario.
