I am working on a project to make an express version of steve jackson's board game Hacker. I have written the first rule draft and decide to post it here in case people wanted to give feedback.

I made a new map system by using tile but it's now obsolete with the rules above. The file can be found on the project page.

But the idea of using tiles instead of individual cards will remain the same.
Enjoy!
I was in hurry when I posted, I forgot to list the feature of this new version:
- No more raid: the game ends with an FBI raid. The player accumulate evidence against them and victory point through the game. Evidence make player lose victory points.
- Hacker Shop: There is now a shop where all hacker can buy their stuff. So players cannot get anything they want, it must be in the shop, and other players can buy stuff before they have a chance they have the chance to buy it.
- All hacks at the same time: This is the feature that makes the game faster, all hacks are rolled at the same time. You roll 1 die for each hack and place them on the system to hack. Then roll a second time and place a 2nd die on each system to hack to complete the pair. So now players can play with their rolls and try to make some hack easier to succeed than other. But beware, ICE can still be triggered if the rolls are too low.
- Tiles: Instead of using cards for system, I decided to use up to 6 large tile that contains 5 system each with pre-drawn layout. This makes it easier to balance and setup the board.
