I am playing a prototype of a game in which you have a delivery truck with which you are trying to pick up and deliver goods from the factory to the distribution warehouse and race the other players to the finish line with a special "load", all without dropping any of the goods along the way. You will literally be going to the factory, stacking cubes on a truck, and taking them to the warehouse. Along the way there are tools you can gain to help you get your load to its destination and hinder your opponents from getting theirs delivered first. There are also road hazards which wreak havoc on your goal of delivering the goods!
I am uploading an image of the rough prototype set up for display.
The game is intended for folks 10yrs and up. 2 to 8 players. 45 to 120 minutes (it depends on the players). light weight strategy planning for the best, most efficient, quickest way to deliver the goods. Hazards and Tools are placed on the road by each player. A hazard or tool in your line of travel requires you to draw a card to determine the effect. Final load is placed on the road by your opponents. Finally you must stack cubes on your truck and move around the board with them on the truck without knocking them off. You can stack the load as high as you like if you think you get get it from point A to point B without losing it, but if you lose it you have to start over.
Pick up and delivery, Racing, Dexterity game.

Is there some sort of time
Is there some sort of time limit? Can I just move my thingy really carefully and slowly? (waiting for that pic to get a better sense of this)
However, 120 minutes seems like a very big time investment for a "lightweight strategy game". I'd think something like this would have to be 30 minutes or less (if I understand it correctly).
I have played it three times with adults male and female between the ages of 20 and 45. The guys have enjoyed the dexterity aspect and the "theme". The gals have enjoyed the game overall. All have asked to play again.
