Thanks for all the help in developing this game.

www.rollingwestward.weebly.com

Above is a link to the game I have been working on for the past month.

The rule book is the first draft. Be kind, I am a horrible speller.

Comments, critiques, and criticisms are always welcome.

Paper dice?

Love it! I'll take a look through it. After skimming through the page sound interesting. I've always like the concept of countering or sabotaging an opponents setup. Give forethought to the game, similar to chess.

Is there a PnP for play testing available?

Blocked railroad tracks

You could over lap tracks or build bridges to gain higher ground points? Building bridges, rivers, mills, land and or mines to dig for resources for extra points and sabatoging? I like the dices.

I have over lapped my pipes in the Collections Sections and Collection Section deluxe card game. My niece and nephew love this game. In the deluxe game, players has new pipe sections and now have 5 area locations to connect for more points, but the other players can block that player from gainng points by adding their colored section to the area / location. Colors for boty games are Blue, Green, Orange and Red.

Paper dice.

I think is for playtesting. I made a card board dice and drew 3 suns and 3 moons equally. This is used for another long time still WIP: Survival Horror Board game called Quiet Terror.

hehehe

I know what the paper dice are for. I was pointing out that it's still made. Not knocking it, just pointing it out. It's cool. I use to do that as well but recently moved onto dollar dice.

My quick and dirty way to do this is to draw and cut label paper. Place the images over existing dice pips. I bought an 8 pack at the dollar store and label paper there as well. For less than $2.50 you can make all the cool, custom, and relatively weighted dice for play testing. And if the concept is a bust or needs modding, you just peel off a side or all sides and replace.

The dice

The dice are just regular dice with avery sticker paper printed from the laser jet and stuck on. They work great, albeit a little unprofessional looking.

Any comments, especially regarding the rules, are appreciated.

This game is easy to print and play. You don’t even need the custom die. I will work on some PNP instructions.
