So here I am stuck...
Hello community!
I will keep this short since I do not wish to disclose large amounts of information at this stage due to number people actualy working on different card games by looking at forum posts. I have started this project solo and have managed to get artists recruited that will be deceloping cards for new CCC/CTG( he wont be too impressed when I tell him I might need completly different illustartions ^^ ). This project was initally my coursework idea for university however I have decided to take it next step further and see for the hell of it how far I can go. Facebook started just on idea so why not this game.
I am now in process of working out set of rules and phazes for game wich will get drafted in ERD's before I get down to coding aspect. So research research and more research.
I have 2 problems, I havent decided either should I stick with character cards or b create sci fi TCG that is based on ships starships capital ship and super caps... (This is my dilema I dont see many games like that out there, quetion is would peopel play that or would they prefer something that they can relate too)
And my other problem I need to get more ideas for the main stage (board) everything I seen so far is dead boring I know its tested and it works but I do not want to have board that is square and have sperate square for cards such as graveyard, deck and summoning stage. Must come up with something original but need to keep in mind that I am making dueling TCG, I need to create something intresting like circle shape..
Anyway if anyone has great ideas pm me, I am looking for people that like to share ideas and their own expierience on TCG / CCG games.
