The rules have been re-written - ended up in overview, intro, playing, appendix format with a lot of repetition and many pictures. The print-and-play layouts are updated. Colored stands/clips no longer used (fleet id chits are color coded instead).
I am currently unable to do the physical presence required stuff and need a design partner for playtesting, promotion, etc. for equal share as designer.

A couple of tweaks to the rules and a major overhaul of the rulebook itself. Also reduced 52 pages to 46 and added more pictures. Just had my eyes say they are done proofreading for now.

2-6 players, 3 dimensions, 4 turn phases, written orders then simultaneous actions, a sliderule, off board combat arena, and stacks of little souffle sauce cups
What more could anyone ask for?
