Hi!
I am in search for players who want to play test my new card game SATANIMALS!
A quick description of SATANIMALS:
"What better way to thank your visitors then by tossing them into the sacrificial pit?
Build and maintain your own demonic petting zoo in this light-hearted, strategic card game for 2-4 players.
In SATANIMALS players collect various satanic creatures from the queue to build their petting zoo...
Entice visitors to your zoo for points or sacrifice them to weaken your opponent's...
Guard your Satanimals by strategically positioning zoo keepers...
And obliterate your rivals by building the ULTIMATE SATANIC PETTING ZOO!"

Hello, im have to admit the idea is pretty original, is like zoo tycoon & dungeon keeper have a baby... the artwork is well done too, i think i can give it a try. Congratulations for all the effort spended into this.

this is a very minor point that may not be relivent but...
i dont know how familiar you are with " the big bang theory" (the tv show not the theory). in the show they play a fictional game "warlords of ka'a". one of the "expansions" they play is the "satanimals" set. it includes the hellephant and beelzebobcat.
they only referred to the satanimals once, the game is not real, the makers seem cool and you are a small company so i doubt it will ever be a problem but i thought i would let you know the name has been used before (just in case its the next exploding kittens and you make a fortune).
again i dont think you should bother changing the name but there are some geeky people (like me) who will almost certainly bring this up at cons expecting somthing else

Okay, here's my comment.. I

Okay, here's my comment.. I haven't playtested it, but just looking at the names.

You only have FIVE animals. One is named for the devil, two are deadly sins (the sloth is funny), one is "ouija", which isn't really satanic, and one is "karma", which has nothing whatsoever to do with Satan.. or even a religion that has Satan IN IT.

Why are they not on some sort of theme? There are only five. I would suggest five deadly sins.

Absolutely.. I forgot to mention that. I mean "proud as a peacock" is an actual expression.

i would say pigs are

i would say pigs are associated with gluttony (we say greedy pig, but greed is about material gain, gluttony is over eating)
the other sins are hard to place but i suggest...
the honey badger for wrath (it is the angriest creature in nature- attacking lions by biting off their privates.)
the rabbit for lust (we all know what bunnies do)
greed and envy i have no idea about but with the other suggestions you have 5.

Ha. weird that i never came across the Big Bang Theory using Satanimals while i was researching to see if the name had been taken. Thanks for letting me know!

Also thank you all for the ideas on new names for the Satanimals. I do have some extra Satanimals prepared that I may add into the game for fun and I was thinking of some of the 7 deadly sins for their names as well. I love hearing all your ideas!

like i say it was a throw away gag but i can foresee you at cons saying "no not that satanimals" to alot of nerds wearing sheldons flash t-shirt. but then it might get you some interest.
