Please the last sheet with 'party members' hasn't been explained int he rules. It's new and will feature in the later chapters but you'll get the chance to recruit and hire help :)

Totally scraped!

Yes....what I had so far has been scraped! Back to calling it '8 Gates'. No longer 1 lone Samurai but a party of 4.

Replaced with a much simpler D6 system (like the other game Operatives)

It's now a 2 page PDF....PnP, that's all you need! You just need 6 dice.

Apache Pilot

Noticed that at the Teahouse encounter, "Apache pilot" is referenced in item 2/Hawk Eye. Is this a holdover from your Operatives game? Should this be applied to the Feral Bear or Abe Zuwaki instead?

and sorry I didn't notice that, or your reply. I figured no one was reading the posts :/

But yes, it was left there from 'Operatives'

These new styles games are changing from day to day as I hone in on what works best.....I'll be going with custom dice with icons in the final production. It'll open up more choices and customization. Attached image in top post.
