I was recently contacted by a group of independent game testers, TableTested.com., regarding my current game project, "PLANET PIONEER".
They are a mixed batch of shop owners and game enthusiasts that will playtest and evaluate your game prototype. They judge on 5 different criteria on a scale of 1-10, and can give you honest feedback. All you need to do is prepare .pdf files of your game. They will print, cut, play and review your game, then post the results on their website, if you choose to do allow them to do so.
It is a FREE service and well worth looking in to. They will take submissions and get back to you within a few days with the results. I have no other affiliation aside from having my game reviewed, just thought it may be a good resource for all of my friends here! Check it out:

Thanks!
That, my friend, is invaluable information.
Thank you very much for sharing these resources.
I will attempt to research them, possibly send them material, and try to discern their quality.

sounds great
Sounds great, let us know how it turns out
edit: Though I find it weird, that in their web-site not a single person is named, like who is behind this project.

this sounds like an awesome resource, i have just send my work up for evaluation
It seems that the staff is an ever growing group of shop owners and hobbyists. On their contact page, you can sign-up to join the testing network. As it is a totally FREE service, it doesn't much matter to me who the man behind the curtain is.
I sent them .pdf files of my game, "PLANET PIONEER". They printed, cut, play tested, evaluated, rated and approved it within a few days of submission. Didn't cost me a dime, and it is another useful endorsement tool for research and marketing purposes. What have you got to lose?
