Small run usable game boards

I designed a big game involving a big game board. I hired the graphics done, they are beautiful. The kickstarter failed – mostly because I am so not a marketing type!

But there remains a small and slowly spreading number of people who REALLY LIKE THE GAME! I keep getting requests. In order to satisfy them – I need a decent way of making big game boards. Ideally 22 in.², I would get along with 20 in.² if I had to.

Looking for suggestions on the most cost-effective way to do this. At The Game Crafter I have to buy 10 inch square boards at $10 each and tape them together – a ridiculous price. Suggestions, please! Does somebody out there sell blank quad-fold game boards to which I could glue my custom printed gameboard face?

Thanks,
Joymaker

What about 18" x 18" (2 inches less)

There is a Quad-Fold Board at The Game Crafter:

It's 2 inches smaller from 20"... But 18" is pretty close. Can you simply just scale down a bit more...?

I know you said sticking four (4) 10" boards ... But maybe you did not see the Quad Fold Board?!

Again it's 18" x 18" (Square).

You can buy 18x18 quad-fold

You can buy 18x18 quad-fold boards in a number of places.. I just did a simple google search and came up with many hits.

But larger than that? Not sure that's standard. An 11x11 folded board would require a pretty large box. You wouldn't want a box that's larger than 12", for sure, because it won't fit on a store shelf.
