Hippodice: Does adding french text would help?

Again, about the hippodice competition. As somebody previously said, there are many people who are going to test the game that does not speak english.

So I was wondering, since I natively speak french and since Germany is beside France, is there is a good probability that Germans speak french so that it could worth it to place the text in the game in both english and french?
