The Game Crafter - Custom Printed Game Components - Small Bi-Fold Mat

The Small Bi-Fold Mat is an inexpensive option to create play areas that fold to fit into the Small Pro Box, Jumbo Tuck Box, or any of our larger game boxes. Small Bi-Fold Mats are scored on the face to allow them to fold in half for storage. The score lines are marked on the template.

Mats are printed double-sided and made of our standard 12 point 320gsm black-core matte cardstock. They are an easy way to make player aids and game play surfaces.

Tiles

Do you make 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 inch square double-sized custom tiles?

Tiles are custom punchouts

You can do any size you like with tiles. You just need to make an SVG cut file and make it to whatever works for you. This is on chipboard.

If you want thinner tiles, you can use custom punchouts on shards or cardstock. Again fully customizable.

So to answer your question: yes, you need to make the SVG file with the most appropriate type of paper stock.

Ah cool. Didn't realize they (I assume you're speaking for them) were that flexible. The products listed only have 1" that I saw near to the size I was looking for.

Varies and can complement the SIZE of the box you want to use.

There are (I believe) three (3) sizes of Custom Punch-outs: Small, Medium & Large. There are a couple factors at work, 1. Being the size of the Game Box that you want to use for your product and 2. The total number of tiles your game requires.

The first is just a question of fitting in the right sized box. That's the simple factor.

The second is a bit tricky ... Because the LARGER you go the more tiles that can be made per "sheet". And obviously economies of scale kick-in too. But know that the more "lazering" required, the most costly the price per sheet.

So just be aware of these two (2) factors that could require you to do some research and figure out which "sheet" size is best for you.
