As I promised (threatened) in my "happy news announcement" (http://www.bgdf.com/node/2970), I've started a blog about my time at Steve Jackson Games. It's at www.invisible-city.com. I figure I'll update it every weekend (Fri, Sat, or Sun), and may update it more often if needs merit.

My first post is titled "Three weeks at Steve Jackson Games". You can read it at: http://www.invisible-city.com/bulletins/539/three-weeks-at-steve-jackson...

If you have any topics you'd like me to address, please let me know.

The image character recognition (whatever is called in english) you have to complete to post a comment is quite a pain. Anyway, the article was fine.

I still find it very

I still find it very fascinating to actually work for a board game company and be able to do other things than document writing, marketing and graphic design.

We have ways of making you talk.

You don't need to. Just say things like "The short guy", "the big guy" & "The Man" and i'll know.

3) I will not accept your game prototype for submission to Steve Jackson Games. The company is not currently accepting unsolicited submissions.

If you do your job this will change soon right? I have nothing now but come July this may change so get busy. I have helped playtest submission before and if the general quality of submission is the same you have a bunch to wade through to find the gems.

I hope the new job is everything you wanted. If nothing else your working with some good people.

Anti-spammer essentials...

"You won't get it!"

"By hook or by crook, we will."

Perhaps I should have re-phrased this as, "I'm not going to talk about people - just concepts, observations, tasks, etc..

This is true. I'm diligently working to take all of the pending projects and get them ready to hand off to production for layout and art. Will I be done by July? I can't say. Everything changes, you know?

Thanks. I like the folks I'm working with too. They're all good and talented people.
