The place were I work is looking to create a simple video game

I am looking for a Canadian professional in video design or program. I would like some information on how to create a very basic video game (for education purposes). Simply some flying words that needs to be clicked with a mouse in order to get to the next level.

I need a professional living in Canada (preferably Ottawa) willing to give me a basic idea in order to make a proposition to my employer.... If the idea is granted, it can lead to a project... or not. If anyone is interested, please give me a contact information with your professional background.
