Might be some better places to look
If you are looking to hire a graphic designer, very few hang out on BGDF. I recommend heading over to https://www.facebook.com/groups/TabletopArtDesign and posting there:
Typically, you'll need to give a little more information on the scope of work: e.g. how many card frames / and types of card layouts are there. is there iconography, branding or logo work involved as well or is it strictly card layouts.
You can also check out designer portfolios on Behance and Dribbble (search "board game" or "card game") to see if anyone matches your style.

Who are you dealing with?!
If you are looking to hire a graphic designer, very few hang out on BGDF...
I don't think he was expecting to FIND a Graphic Designer on BGDF - but all of the designers who require the services of one -- might be able to RECOMMEND someone based with whom they are dealing with.
I think that was @Adam's angle...
Note: And btw my Publisher is handling all the Graphic Designing so it's just a matter of me working with them on their visuals and seeing what the common result given my input and their ideas - how everything comes together..

Graphics art request
Hi Adam,
I would consider having a go if it fit. I'm primarily an animator but have a photoshop/illustrator background too.
Are you able to give any more details? Like:
Number of cards?
Type of work - is it lots of drawing from scratch, or more like typography and layout work?
Where are you based?

Pretty much what quest said I just needed to know where to go or if anyone had a recommendation thank you both for the help hopefully I'll be able to get a designer soon.
