Hi, folks, I'm an unpublished game designer living in Oslo, Norway. I love board games and music, and I have a missus and 2 children. I recently started up Excision Games, a sole proprietorship for my board game designs, so one might say shit's gotten real.
My first big project is Omniurge, a game of baroque degeneracy and feverish melancholy featuring drafting, area control, deck- and engine-building, bidding, orthogonal movement tactics, and resource management. Quite the mouthful, that. It'll get better. Links upon request. I'm planning of kickstarting it earliest next May, probably later, and all profits after covering my own expenses will go to Doctors Without Borders.
I also create electronic music, and I've combined this with my board game hobby by designing loopable tabletop audio. Each Era card in Omniurge has its own soundtrack, which lends some neat flavour to gameplay. Again, links upon request.
In the drab slog of duty known as real life, I'm a kindergarten teacher's assistant. Ummm... not much more to tell, for now. Thanks for having me!
