i was thinking of posting a video on how the P3ERC System works. Does anyone think this is a good idea? Why / Why not?
Posting a video can definitely help, but if you're protective of your idea, you may want to just write a blog about your game mechanics here.
But you definitely want people with experience designing to look at your work.
