My name is Ramon.
I am an amateur if it comes to game designing. But I am here to learn and share knowledge.
My history consists of playing a lot of PC games. Mostly first person shooters and RTS. Lately I am also Minecraft addicted. But if there was one thing that I always loved. Then it was making my own RTS maps and rules. I got rather good at it back then since I did not work yet.
Eventually I tried to turn my favourite genre into a (just 1) board game. This is more of a hobby project, than a real project. 5 years have passed since the decision was made to do this a bit more "professional". It takes long since 5 years ago, I have a busy work and private life. Not much free time. And most of my free time goes to my friends, family and other games first. The encouragement for continuing my board game was halted numerous times too. Due to the monologues and lack of understanding people. I have counted 3 times that I really wanted to stop. Read that as if I also have rewritten the entire game 3 times.
Now that I have found this forum. I hope to solve the problems that I have encountered with my board game. And to learn from you all. But I also would like to share little knowledge that I have build up in the past 5 years. However, my knowledge is solely on balancing and chance calculations regarding war games.
