This happens to me when I'm at the library. What causes this?

What browser and OS are you using?
Known Issue
This issue was resolved, but my recent system software updates seems to have lost the change.
I will take a look at restoring the issue. And please note that this tends to also happen on pages that contain images that are not being appropriate resized when dealing with *smaller* screen resolutions.

Well, fortunately I don't have this problem with the laptop I use at home right now. Sometimes when I'm at the library, those computers always have this problem on this forum. I can't tell you that information right now.
