To be clear
In case our post wasn't 100% clear, these parts can all be purchased separately in any quantity. You certainly could build your own grab bag of these components (including the felt dice bag), but like all of our parts, they're available in any quantity and there are bulk discounts available as well. :)
So I can pick out $15 worth
So I can pick out $15 worth of stuff and a bag and buy it for $8?
Grab Bag, Premium not the same as these premium pieces
I'm guessing you're looking at the Grab Bag, Premium and thinking that since it says it contains $15 worth of parts, that you can pick any $15 of "premium" pieces along with it. That's not the case!
The "Grab Bag" is a random assortment of parts. The "premium" as applies to the Grab Bag means that it contains $15 of random discontinued parts that are quite nice (read: metal and stuff).
These new "premium" pieces are individual pieces that you purchase for $0.49-$1.00 each, but you get to pick which ones. They're not discontinued, so they don't get a discounted, random grab-bag.
