So I had my first meeting with a local artist to discuss the artwork for the game.
It was a very productive meeting which lasted more than an hour. We discussed artwork on a past project (Quest Adventure Cards(tm)) and how that artist approached the making of artwork. I showed him pencil/inked drawings which were used to make the final cards. As such I had the black & white artwork and the final product in hand for review.
So far, having discussed the artwork in detail, I am happy to say we have an artist that is interested in the project.

Card game layout
I recently spent the weekend (last) trying to transform my B&W Prototype cards into a more polished look. Here is the result of that weekend's effort:

I got some feedback from designer in regards to that card. The biggest "problem" was the Flag/Banner with the 'M' inside. Some thought that the flag looked to medieval and not Sci-Fi enough.

I will be RE-WORKING those, so that my graphics designer has a better idea of how to *improve* the quality of my cards!
