Thanks for all the replies! This is almost like a party game in itself... everyone comes up with names for strange boardgame concepts. Hmmm.
Anyway, these are really great. My temporary name was indeed Hunger Island, but now I'm leaning toward a few specifics from your suggestions. Let me mull it over. Big decision, and there are some really good suggestions here.

Oh well. I wouldn't say that it is a genre that is exactly bursting at the seams lol. Your game has some interesting and unique sounding mechanics ie losing limbs :P
