For my game I need miniatures. I was wondering if I should buy miniatures and paint them or make them out of clay or something? I know that making them out of clay takes a steady hand and that is something I don't excatly have. But buying them seems like a lot of lawn mowing...

Making or Buying Miniatures?
You might look into resin cast molding. Using it you can create a single figure in clay, create a mold from it, and then make as many as you like quite inexpensively. Note, though, that while each item will be quite inexpensive, you have to buy bottles of chemicals to start with that are around $50 each (and you need 2 or 3 different ones), so it's a fair bit of investment to get into it. Just google "resin cast molding" IIRC.

Dear Elfcomander
Have you considered making cardboard stand-up figures? It will take some creative effort but requires little or no lawn mowing.
so ill cost like 50$ to make how much copys of it?
