Is "Stock Ticker" now a public game

I was wondering if "Stock ticker" was now a public game like chess. According to board game geek, it first appeared in 1937. So it has now 69 years. I heard somewhere that copyright where lasting for 75 years.

I am asking this because the version I currently have and the one I have bought recently for my game club are all made by totally different companies. Of course, there could have been some rights exchange between companies.
