I have offer from local printing company to print cards for my cardgame and card material is something like "285g Graphi Art Duo". Anyone can say something about this? What this means and is it good enough and has good quality?

... tt looks like a good paper to use for cards; not Casino quality, but as good as what's used on most boardgames. You should be able to get a sample from the printer before you decide, though.
