Hi everyone,
I have noticed alot of discussion on game board production costs. I am new to this stuff, but have a keen interest in producing a Christian game for children.
My question is, does anyone know what specific equipment is used to produce a quality board?
Thanks,
Andrew
I can't recall the brand, but the machines are referred to as case wrappers. This produces the game boards that have a material on the back which wraps to the front, then the print is applied to the front leving no exposed outside edges.
In the case of a quad-folding board, die cutting 1 panel of the board is an additional process typically done on another production line.
The case wrappers run in the area of $40,000-$50,000
Yikes !
